Welcome to Akasiya Hotel, located in Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By making a reservation, staying at our hotel, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or checking in.

1. Reservation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid credit card, cash deposit, or payment confirmation is required to secure your reservation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if payment is not completed or if any information provided is invalid.

2. Check-in / Check-out Policy

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests.

3. Room Occupancy

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed:
- 2-Bed Room: Maximum 2 adults
- 3-Bed Room: Maximum 3 adults
- 4-Bed Room: Maximum 4 adults
- Single Room: Maximum 1 for single bed and 2 for queen bed adult

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Flexible Bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
Non-Refundable Bookings: No refund on cancellation.
No-show Policy: In case of no-show, one night’s charge or full booking amount may be applied.

To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Payment Policy

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and approved bank transfers.
All rates are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges for late check-outs, damage, minibar, or extra services may apply.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all hotel rules and UAE laws.
Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or public indoor areas.
Alcohol and prohibited items are not allowed in the hotel premises as per local regulations.

7. Children Policy

Children under 12 years old may stay free of charge if sharing existing beds with parents (up to the room’s occupancy limit).
Extra beds or cots may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

8. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Akasiya Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas.
Use of the hotel facilities is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during your stay unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse the hotel website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for fraudulent purposes.
We reserve the right to update or change the website and its content without notice.

11. Privacy Policy

Our privacy practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy section of the website. By staying with us or using our website, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described there.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
